The following terms and conditions apply for all customers ordering goods on www.medidaily.com.
Changes in terms and conditions may be done anytime. By ordering on medidaily.com client is accepting our terms and conditions.
Prescription drugs according to the Swiss Federal Law of Therapeutic Products may not be ordered from this online shop.

1. Subject-matter of the Contract

The following conditions of sale and delivery shall be applicable to any orders placed on www.medidaily.com. These terms and conditions represent an integral part of the contract of sale in all cases. Customers are obliged to the sales contract, once their order has been placed. By sending an order, the customer confirms to be of legal age.

2. Terms of Payment

The prices valid at the time of ordering apply. Swiss Value added tax (VAT) is included in the indicated price for customers living in Switzerland. Foreign customers are hereby informed that the prices displayed in the online shop do not include any local charges such as value added tax or custom fees. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local customs regulations.  
Price indications are valid with the proviso that no database errors occurred.
Orders which have been placed are binding. Prices shown in the shopping cart do not include shipping fees. Shipping fees are listed separately.
Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
Victoria Pharmacy Zurich reserves itself the right to reject any order without any further specified reason. In such cases, the purchaser will be given notice immediately.

3. Range of Products

All product specifications provided during the order transaction are made without obligation. Product design, descriptions, pictures as well as price indications can be subject to alterations. The given product information is based on the information provided by the manufacturer and is therefore binding within that context.
The product descriptions and package inserts are normally provided in German language. Exceptions may be possible in certain cases.

4. Terms of Delivery

After the order has been confirmed, the products are delivered to the address specified by the customer in the purchase order as soon as possible. www.medidaily.com will assume no liability for products that fail to be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address specifications.
If product cannot be delivered in person , it is in responsability of client to contact carrier company to arrange modalities for delivery. No refund will be done if product is not claimed by customer.
Partial delivery is possible without any additional charge.
On average, the expected delivery time is 7-10 workdays.
www.medidaily.com reserves itself the right to cancel an order after having informed the customer, if the product is not available anymore during the delivery period.      
Unexpected events which impede shipment such as force majeure, strikes, operational disturbances in Victoria Pharmacy Zurich’s business or the business of an upstream supplier, transport disturbances etc. may cause delay in the delivery date. This however, does not authorize the customer to disclaim their order. If the delay exceeds 20 workdays, Victoria Pharmacy Zurich will look for a joint solution with the customer.

5. Return Policy

Purchased products are excluded from the right of retraction.
The right of exchange applies to products in a defective condition e.g. as a result of a manufacturing error. Please note that exchange of defective products is only possible after consultation with Victoria Pharmacy Zurich.

6. Warranty for Defects and Liability

Products in a defective condition must be reported to Victoria Pharmacy Zurich (++41 43 344 60 60, info@medidaily.com) within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Delivered goods remain property of Victoria Pharmacy Zurich until all obligations towards Victoria Pharmacy Zurich have been met by the customer.
Foreign customers are hereby informed that it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with local customs requirements. Victoria Pharmacy Zurich cannot be held liable for shipment delays or if product is detained by customs.
Swiss value added tax is included in the indicated price for Swiss customers. However, the prices displayed in the online shop do not include local charges for foreign customers such as value added tax or custom fees.
Customers are responsible for shipping risks, once the ordered products have been committed to the transport company. If the ordered products arrive in a defective, damaged or incomplete condition, the transport company must be informed immediately. We will endeavor to find an obliging solution with the transport company concerning the replacement of the customer’s order.     

7. Data Protection

Customers agree to storage and use of their personal data for Victoria Pharmacy Zurich business related purposes only. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. Customers agree to receive updates on new products and services from Victoria Pharmacy Zurich.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights on all designs, text and graphic images displayed on the Web site are reserved by www.medidaily.com. Copying and/or reproduction of the entire Web site, or parts of it, are permitted for purposes of ordering on www.medidaily.com only. The name www.medidaily.com, all page headers, navigation bars, graphics and button symbols are registered trademarks or private labels belonging to www.medidaily.com. Any other product trademarks, product names, corporate names and logos cited on www.medidaily.com are sole property of the respective beneficiary. The customer requires prior written approval from www.medidaily.com for third party transfer.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Our business operations are governed exclusively by Swiss laws. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

www.medidaily.com reserves all rights to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
